- Click on "Create", then Ctrl+P in the browser, to preview the printed agenda. There should not be more than 55 pages.
- Set browser print settings to:
- Margins: None
- Orientation: Landscape
- Print on both sides, flip on long edge
- Scale: Default
If the pages overflow to a second page, decrease the line height.
- If you have a one-sided printer, you will be prompted to print the even pages, then carefully flip the pile along the long (11") axis, and re-load the stack in the feed hopper, taking care to keep the paper in the same orientation.
- Cut the paper in the centre across the short (8.5") dimension, stack the left pile onto the right pile, and take it to a print shop for spiral coil binding. Or punch two holes and insert it in a binder.
